Your privacy is important to us!  We will not provide or sell your personal information to anyone without your permission.

Speaking of Email, AlpacaTrack offers a newsletter via subscription.  AlpacaTrack will not sell, transfer, or in any way provide our Newsletter list to members or others.  AlpacaTrack may include information regarding AlpacaTrack features, information about members including special offers and news from our members, and information about the Alpaca industry in general.

Some information that you enter will be considered public and/or accessible by other AlpacaTrack members.  This information includes:

Your ranch name, address, and ID.  This is necessary to display your ranch information on the AlpacaTrack website, and to show relationships between livestock and your ranch.  You may choose to remove your ranch from publication at any time, however AlpacaTrack members will still be able to reference your basic ranch information (Name, State/Province, and City) if your ranch has been associated with Livestock, Livestock Shows, or other public information, either entered directly by you or obtained through other public web sites.

Your livestock name and identifying information, such as registration number(s), color(s) and heritage.  This is necessary to avoid duplication in the AlpacaTrack system for livestock relationships, including parents, offspring, and show results.
