Caicara is our "Alerting Alpaca".  Whenever she sees something that is out of the ordinary, she lets the herd know by emiting a loud screaching sound.  Caicara was the first of our alpacas to give birth.  Her baby boy, Christoper was born in October 2004 on the same day as our daughter Christie's birthday, hence the name.  Her second cria was a dark silver grey boy the we named Power Vault. 

Xafara is the Grandson of the True Black General Powell and Silver Grey FDA Paladin.  Xafara's handsom silver grey sire, Bognor Regis of the Shire has won numerous first and second place ribbons.  Zafara's pedigree speaks for itself!
