Gulf Breeze Alpaca Ranch sits on a little over 30 acres of gentle slopping hills that surround Lake Corpus Christi. Approximately 5 miles from Mathis, it is very convenient to IH37 and only 45 minute drive to Corpus Christi. In addition to the Alpacas, we raise chickens for eggs, and turkeys.
The Hide Out at Gulf Breeze Alpaca Ranch is our Bed and Breakfast located on top of a hill overlooking Lake Corpus Christi. The first of several free standing structures that will be offered to visiting guests. The Hide Out is attached to the former garage now turned Fiber Studio and Shearing Boutique. It is approximately 575 squarefeet, 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, living room and fully functioning galley style kitchen. There is a 16X24 foot covered deck that offers comfortable views of both the adjacent countryside and the lake. Up on the hill the breeze blows almost all the time.
