Nova has been an incredible addition to our breeding program here at Brandilyn.  Her 2007 cria is a beautiful white female with tightly twisted locks and incredible luster out of NGG Accoyo Mickey Mantel.  Her 2008 cria is a beautiful multi male out of Condor's Jacob, with outstanding lock structure and luster.  Nova has extremely fine lustrous fiber.  Her 2008 micron results only proved what we knew all along.  FD=20.9, SD=4.1, CV=19.7, 2.2>30u.  For a four year old female I'd say she is mighty fine!  She has been bred to Jamaya River, a dark fawn 1/2 Accoyo herdsire with extremely dense, bright, and ropey like locks.  We are extremely excited about the outcome of this breeding!  It's going to be a long winter!

Jamaya joined us this fall (2008).  We are thrilled to have been able to add him to our herdsire row here at Brandilyn.  We are hoping he will help us get some more color on our farm.  Jamaya's sire is Accoyo Diamond River, an Accoyo Ace son.  Diamond River is producing show quality offspring and we are sure Jamaya will do the same.  Jamaya's dam is Joy, a beautiful dark fawn who  consistently produces colorful cria.  Joy's sire Peruvian Aureo needs no introductions.  Jamaya's fiber is incredibly dense with those ropey locks that everyone wants.  His blanket is a solid deep carmel color, with lots of gray in his face and neck.  Jamaya has three crias that will be making their entrances late next summer and fall.  We're keeping our fingers crossed for color,
color, color!  A beautiful duplicate of Jamaya was recently delivered by a white dam who is known for throwing color.  This female cria's looks are very similar to her dad's!  We are extremely excited about this!
